Enhancements
Support for Extended Scale Orders

Our ActiveX, C++ and Java API's now support extended scale orders. The following fields have been added to an order:

    * double scalePriceAdjustValue
    * int scalePriceAdjustInterval
    * double scaleProfitOffset
    * bool scaleAutoReset
    * int scaleInitPosition
    * int scaleInitFillQty
    * bool scaleRandomPercent
